When you contact us through this site, we receive the name, company, email address, and message you provide. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site beyond basic, anonymized traffic logs needed to keep it running.
How we use it
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry and, if a working relationship follows, to deliver that work. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and client information only as long as it's relevant to the relationship, or as required by law.
Claim & evidence data
For customers using the Claim Intelligence platform, a separate data processing agreement governs how claim, evidence, and approval data from your systems is accessed, stored, and used. Your data remains your organization's data; Dimlang indexes and monitors it, and does not use it to train models shared across customers.
